Apple Watch app
Your morning, on your wrist.
Raise your wrist after the alarm and see why you feel the way you do, before you reach for the phone. One page per topic, a turn of the Digital Crown apart.

- watchOS 11

What’s on it
A page for each part of your day.
Turn the Digital Crown to move between them. In the morning, the Watch opens on last night.
In the app
Glance, then get on with your day.
Recovery, with the reason
Your score, its band and one line on what moved it, with the last 7 days and how sure it is.
- Your iPhone works it out and sends it over
- A simpler read on the Watch itself if it hasn’t synced yet

Sleep and a smart alarm
Time asleep against what you needed, deep and REM sleep, and your sleep debt. Set a smart alarm on your iPhone or Watch, and it wakes you with a tap in a light moment near your time.
- Motion and heart rate for the alarm are read on the Watch only

Breathe, and log your sets
Guided breathing with slow breaths you feel on your wrist. Strength sessions run as a workout, so heart rate is recorded and the session counts once.
- Rest timer on your wrist between sets
- Water buttons on the Activity page

What Auralo+ addsQuestions, answered.
Which Apple Watch do I need?
Auralo’s Watch app needs watchOS 11 and an iPhone with iOS 18. Older Watches still record heart rate variability, so recovery works on them too; our guide on HRV on older Apple Watch explains when they measure.
Does the Watch app work without my iPhone nearby?
Your iPhone works out the scores and sends them to the Watch. If it hasn’t synced yet, the Watch has a simpler read of its own, so the pages aren’t blank.
Can I log strength sets on the Watch?
Yes. Start a strength session on your Watch and tick sets as you go. It runs as a workout, so your heart rate is recorded and the session counts once toward your strain.
Which complications are there?
Circular, rectangular, inline and corner, for faces that support them. They follow the app’s colours, and the recovery one shows your score with its band, like 72, Go for it. With Auralo+ you can pick the score and theme for each one.
