Coming to iPhone and Apple Watch
Know what today is for, before you get up.
One word for today (rest, easy or build) and the reason in one line. Then a short plan that ticks itself off from Apple Health. When Auralo is guessing, it says so.
- One move, not ten charts. Recovery compared with your own last 30 days, turned into what to do today.
- A plan you don't log. Your run, steps, breathing and bedtime check themselves off.
- Honest about guesses. No Watch last night, a cold, a short history: the score says how sure it is.
You're on the list.
You're #1

A day with Auralo
One ordinary Tuesday, from the alarm to lights out. The screens are the real app, running on sample data.
-
Wake up
Recovery is 47. Your usual is 60.
So today is an easy day, and the brief tells you why in one line: HRV is 14% below your usual. It also says what changes it tomorrow (bed by 10:55) and how sure it is: good, from 28 nights of Watch data. Scores compare you with your own last 30 days, never with strangers.

Today's plan
One move, four small things. You won't log any of them.
Today's move is an easy run, or a long walk if the day gets away from you. The run, your steps, your breathing and your bedtime tick off when Apple Health records them. Caffeine counts as done unless you tag a late coffee.
0/5Today: Zone-2 run · 55 minEasy pace. You should be able to talk.- Zone-2 run · 55 minDone when Apple Health records it
- Walk 8,000 stepsCounted by your iPhone or Watch
- Last caffeine by 2:00 PMDone unless you tag late caffeine
- 5 minutes of slow breathingChecks off from Apple Health
- In bed by 10:55 PMFrom your sleep coach
Want intervals instead? Fine. Bed moves to 10:20, and tomorrow will probably be easy too.
-
Stress
Your heart is racing at a desk. Two minutes?
When your heart rate runs high for the hour and you aren't moving, Auralo offers a short breathing break. Follow the circle on your iPhone, or gentle taps on your Watch. Skip it and nothing breaks.
Stress is higher than usualTwo minutes of slow breathing could bring it down. -
Workout
An easy run that stays easy.
Your Watch shows your heart-rate zone and how close you are to today's strain target of 35 to 55. Near the top of it, one tap on your wrist: ease off. The run lands in Apple Health and ticks itself off your plan.

The plan keeps up
It plans from what you did, not what it asked for.
The run landed at strain 44, inside the band, so bedtime stays at 10:55. Had you done intervals instead, bed would move earlier and tomorrow would start easier. No scolding. Tomorrow's plan starts from today.
Run done · strain 44Inside today's 35–55. 4 of 5 done. Bed by 10:55 stays. -
Wind down
Bed by 10:55. It learned that from you.
The sleep coach works out how much sleep you need from how you recover. Tonight that's 8 hours 6 minutes, learned from 21 nights, so it's time to put the phone down.

Sleep
Lights out. The Watch takes it from here.
Overnight, your Watch records heart rate, HRV and sleep stages. The smart alarm wakes you in light sleep inside a 30-minute window, which is how this Tuesday started at 6:48.

Day 23 Streak
A cold last week didn't break it.
Your streak counts the days you followed your plan, and rest days count too. Tag a sick day or a long flight and the plan shrinks to three gentle things, the scores stop judging you, and an ice-break keeps the streak. One bad day doesn't wipe out a month.

Plain words for beginners. Every number for the rest.
New to tracking? Auralo talks like a friend who knows the science. Already know your HRV from your RHR? Switch to Advanced for baselines, deltas and how confident each score is. You can change it any time.
Your body is still catching up. Keep today gentle: a walk or an easy ride is perfect.

On your wrist, too.
A full Apple Watch app, not a mirror of your phone. No Watch? Auralo still works from your iPhone's steps and sleep. Recovery and stress are less precise without overnight heart data.

Your health data never leaves your iPhone.
- There's no account. You open the app and start. Nothing to sign in to, nothing to forget.
- Every score is worked out on your devices. Auralo has no servers for health data, so we couldn't read yours if we tried.
- No analytics or ad trackers in the app. Export your history as CSV or JSON, or delete it all with one button. That's always free.

Questions
When can I get it?
Auralo is in testing now and isn't on the App Store yet. We haven't set a date. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, on launch day.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. With just an iPhone, Auralo uses your steps, activity and sleep (from your iPhone or any sleep app that writes to Apple Health). A Watch adds overnight heart rate and heart-rate variability, which make recovery and stress more precise.
Why not Apple's Readiness app?
If you have it, use both. Readiness gives you a score and a label on the newest Watches. Auralo turns the morning into a day: a plan that ticks itself off, a band for your workout, a bedtime learned from you, and a note when it's guessing. It also works on older Watches, and on iPhone alone.
What if Auralo doesn't have enough data?
It says so. In the first couple of weeks it's still learning your usual, and without a Watch overnight, recovery is a rough estimate from your iPhone. Every score shows how sure it is, in Beginner and Advanced alike. Tag a cold or a flight and it stops judging and plans a gentler day.
What happens to my health data?
It stays on your iPhone and Watch. Auralo reads from Apple Health and works everything out on your devices. There are no accounts, servers or analytics. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send a challenge or export a file yourself.
What do you do with my email?
We send one email when Auralo launches. We don't share it or add you to a newsletter. We delete the list 30 days after the launch email, or sooner if you ask at [email protected]. Details.
Which iPhone and Apple Watch will it need?
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The Watch app needs watchOS 26 or later.
How much will it cost?
The core app will be free. Auralo+ will be $0.99 a month or $9.99 a year, with a 2-week free trial.
Is there an Android version?
No. Auralo is built on Apple Health and Apple Watch, and we'd rather do one platform well.
Is this medical advice?
No. Auralo gives wellness information to help you understand your habits. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If something feels wrong, talk to a doctor.
