Your morning, in three steps

From “why am I so tired” to a plan, in a minute.

Every score compares you with your own last 30 days, never with strangers. When Auralo is guessing, it says so.

  1. 1Last night
    7h 21m

    Sleep, explained

When you fell asleep against your usual, how often you woke, and how much of the sleep you needed you actually got.

    More on sleep
Sleep screen: score 85, 7 hours 21 minutes asleep, you needed 7 hours 49 minutes, with sleep stages through the night.
  2. 2Why you feel this way

    Recovery, with reasons

Heart variability, resting heart rate, sleep and yesterday’s effort, each shown in points. So a low number comes with a cause.

A plan that ticks itself off

One move and a few small things. Your run, steps and bedtime check off when Apple Health saves them. You don’t log a thing.

    More on today’s plan
Today's plan: full body strength, 6 exercises, 2 of 9 items done, with a checklist that includes last caffeine by 2 PM and walk 8,000 steps.

What Auralo+ adds

Questions, answered.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Auralo is best with Apple Watch, and it also works with other wearables, such as Oura, Garmin and Fitbit, that sync to Apple Health. With just an iPhone, it uses your steps, activity and sleep from any app that writes to Apple Health.

What happens to my health data?

It stays on your iPhone and Watch. Auralo reads from Apple Health and works everything out on your devices. There are no accounts, servers or analytics.

Can Auralo replace WHOOP or Athlytic?

For many people, yes, if you have an Apple Watch. You get a recovery score, an effort goal, a sleep coach, a smart alarm and a plan for the day for free. Keep WHOOP if you want a screenless band or Android. Athlytic and Auralo both read Apple Health and can run side by side.

What if Auralo doesn’t have enough data?

It says so. In the first couple of weeks it’s still learning your usual. Every score shows how sure it is. Tag a cold or a flight and it stops judging and plans a gentler day.

How much does it cost?

The core app is free. Auralo+ is $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year in the US, with a 2-week free trial. The App Store shows your local price.

Is this medical advice?

No. Auralo gives wellness information to help you understand your habits. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If something feels wrong, talk to a doctor.

Tomorrow morning, you’ll know why.
